A quick bread, with no yeast is lovely sliced and buttered with smoked salmon or a hard cheese or a ‘Fry’ – our soft textured Irish Soda Bread is made with buttermilk and fresh potato and keeps for 5 days in a cool place. Made in the traditional shape with a ‘cross’ to split it into quarters – making it easier to break off a chunk, if you prefer. Min weight: 650g
